Director of Account Management

Our team of Account Managers is growing quickly and were looking for the right leader of the pack.

The Director of Account Management will provide insight and leadership on how to scale a world class team and be the voice of the customer within our company. We are an incredibly collaborative environment and the candidate must enjoy creative problem solving and working across teams to drive results.

Responsibilities:

■Lead a team of Account Managers to exceed revenue quota, act as an escalation point, and foster knowledge sharing within the organization
■Proactively manage clients by establishing common goals and relentlessly driving towards their execution
■Evangelize the technology platform and speak credibly to our customers about how we can transform and derive value for their businesses
■Align and empower the AM team to develop deep executive level relationships with clients
■Develop training curriculum, onboarding curriculum, hiring practices and organizational design
■Develop processes to provide transparency into client health, progress and goals at a portfolio level
■Act as a credible escalation channel and develop strong relationships with our most important client executives
■Champion account/customer needs to product engineering, senior management, and/or other internal teams
■Support contract negotiations
■Hire, train and manage a team of best of breed industry talent
Requirements:

■3-5 years of management and technology experience in a similar role
■10-15 years of relevant work experience
■Understanding of the online advertising technology landscape and familiarity with ad networks
■Strong track record of hiring quality candidates, building strong training curriculums and fostering a collaborative environment
■Process oriented, excellent at solving complex problems and building executive level relationships with accounts
■Encourages team environment and knowledge sharing
