Job Description As the Mobile Display Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing relationships with our most strategic clients. You will work with advertising agencies, brand marketers, and performance marketers to provide the highest level of support ensuring their needs and requirements are met at every turn and they are taking advantage of all that our platform and network has to offer. Working closely with Sales Executives, Campaign Managers and Product Management, you will be actively involved at each step within the sales cycle from pre-sales support, to launch, to optimization, analysis and recommendation. We'll count on you to ensure that our clients are happy and engaged while exceeding overall quarterly revenue goals. Responsibilities -Serve as primary point-of-contact for clients. -Partner with the Sales Executive and Pre-Sales Coordinator to respond to RFPs, verify inventory availability and build compelling programs and solutions for clients. -Work with Publishing team to identify inventory required for specific opportunities. -Create Insertion Orders and maintain accurate records within CRM system. -Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns by analyzing performance and making strategic business and technical recommendations to maximize performance. -Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and requested performance-based reporting as needed. -Expand relationships with regular face-to-face client visits to build and maintain deep-level partnerships. -Upsell clients on opportunities across the network and on additional offerings. -Develop and deliver campaign summaries and quarterly business reviews with clients. -Master and maintain vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends with keen focus on a specific vertical. -Provide real world feedback to Executives, Sales, Product Management, BD and Marketing to help define features and enhancements to improve the platform and Influence development of tools to track, measure and optimize performance. Requirements -Proven media/advertising knowledge with demonstrated leadership in pre and post-sales activities to ensure that customers' needs and requirements are met in a highly technical industry/environment. -Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand data and share insights in order to make optimization changes as needed. -Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers. -Outstanding organizational skills with tremendous attention to detail. -Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to be responsive to client requests and proactively deal with a wide range of queries. -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. -Outstanding computer skills including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), and CRM systems.
